Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Three-business-day CROA cancellation right

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR AGREEMENT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU SIGN.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you sign on Monday, the deadline is typically midnight Thursday (check the rules for your state).

During this window: no credit repair work begins and no charge is captured on your payment method, unless a different compliant structure is disclosed to you in writing.

2. How to cancel during the 3-day window

Mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation (provided at contracting and reproduced on the Disclosures page), or any other written notice stating you cancel, to:

CreditGod LLC, Mailing address provided in your member agreement.

You may also email a written cancellation notice to support@creditgod.ai with subject line "CROA Cancellation" including your full name, email on the account, and signature.

NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day after you sign. Keep a copy of your notice and proof of sending.

3. Refunds for timely CROA cancellation

If you cancel within the 3-business-day window, any payment made under the contract will be returned within ten (10) days after we receive your cancellation notice, as required by CROA.

If no payment was captured (standard delayed-capture design), nothing is charged.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try CreditGod risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied for any reason, cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund your subscription fee in full. No questions asked.

What it covers: the CreditGod subscription fee ($39.99/month) paid during your first 30 days after your first payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Certified mail already sent is still covered. If God Mode has already mailed certified furnisher letters, you still receive a full refund of the subscription fee — no deduction for postage.

What it is not: a guarantee of any credit result. Results vary, and no specific outcome — deletion, score change, loan or rental approval, or Boost Line limit — is guaranteed. Disputes already filed and letters already mailed cannot be unsent.

Boost Line is separate. The guarantee covers the CreditGod subscription fee; Boost Line and partner identity products follow their own program terms, disclosed at enrollment.

This guarantee is in addition to your CROA 3-business-day right to cancel (sections 1–3), which is a legal right that applies regardless of this policy.

5. How to request a 30-day refund

Within 30 days of your first payment, use any of these:

• Account settings: Account → Billing → Cancel & refund (when the member app ships)
• Email support@creditgod.ai from your account email with subject "30-day refund" and your full name
• Mail written notice to CreditGod LLC, Mailing address provided in your member agreement
• No reason required. We confirm the cancellation and refund by email, and stop new filings and billing.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of the request (bank posting times vary).

6. Cancelling after the cooling-off period

After the 3-business-day window, you may cancel anytime:

• In-product: Account → Billing → Cancel (when the member app ships)
• Email support@creditgod.ai from your account email with subject "Cancel subscription"
• Mail written notice to CreditGod LLC, Mailing address provided in your member agreement

7. Effect of post-cooling-off cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing as of the end of the then-current billing period unless we state otherwise at cancel time. We do not pro-rate partial months unless required by law or we choose to as a courtesy.

Disputes already filed with bureaus or letters already mailed cannot be unsent. God Mode will stop new filings after cancel processes.

Boost Line and identity products may have partner-specific wind-down rules disclosed at enrollment.

8. Refunds after the 30-day guarantee period

Subscription fees paid within 30 days of your first payment are refundable in full under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (section 4). After that period, except where required by CROA, state law, or a billing error we caused, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable; you can still cancel anytime to stop future billing.

If we charged you in error, contact support within 30 days for investigation and correction.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve billing issues. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account termination and collection of amounts owed where lawful.
