These SMS Terms apply when you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages from CreditGod LLC. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

CreditGod may send SMS / MMS for: account security (OTP), dispute and letter status, billing reminders, appointment or verification nudges, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt out

Reply STOP to cancel SMS. You may receive a final confirmation. Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@creditgod.ai or adjust preferences in-product when available.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of emails or essential security texts unless you close the account or request broader limits.

4. Eligibility and carrier limits

U.S. mobile numbers only unless we expand. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for phone plan charges.

5. Privacy

Mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your opt-in SMS consent to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Service providers who send messages on our behalf are under contract.

6. Changes

We may modify these SMS Terms by posting an updated version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
