How to request a refund
From Billing in the app, or by email.
When the member app launches, go to Account → Billing → Cancel & refund. You can also email support@creditgod.ai from your account email with the subject “30-day refund” within 30 days of your first payment.
Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Bank posting times vary.
